#1 - If you have Facebook, add yourself to this private facebook group.

This is where you can gain extra guidance from our veteran riders. Here you will be able to talk about the program and receive any help you may need. (You will be admitted to the group January 11th)

#2 - Add update@epictour.ca to your address book.

You will be receiving weekly emails about your workouts. Your first email will arrive January 10th.

#3 - Take a look at your calendar. Start thinking about when you will schedule your weekly rides. Workouts begin the week of January 18th.

  • 2x rides (45-60min each)

  • 1x ride 45 to 80min

examples: M/W/F, T/Th/Sa etc Mornings? Afternoons? Evenings?
